Dan Plikunas

  Born in Massachusetts,  I moved to Florida at 10 years old and to Cocoa Beach after High School.  I started working at Publix at age 16.  20 Years later I now work for the Jacksonville Divisional Office supporting the opening and remodeling of Publix Supermarkets throughout Central Florida.  I am happily married and have 2 awesome girls Lily (10) and Alyssa (8).

  I began my Real Estate career 4 years ago.  I got into this business to help others (specifically younger people) be smarter with their $ and build long term wealth.  I was lucky enough to have some good role models help me make good financial decisions at a very young age, and this was a good opportunity to give that back.

  My Specialty is helping those new, first time home buyers navigate through the process of  buying a home - starting from scratch.  I have spent 2-3 years working with some of my clients from the very beginning establishing credit.  I am also an expert in Publix ESOP Home Purchase program which allows associates to sell company stock towards the purchase of a home.  Call me today to start your journey!
