I was born in Washington DC,

I moved to Cocoa Beach in 2000.

I have been involved in almost every aspect of the Real Estate transaction.

I was the Senior Loan Officer For Nations Home Loans   

Sales Manager For Local Custom Home Builder SunCastles  

Investor and Partner in The Polisher Group  

Broker owner and FULL TIME Real Estate Agent.   

My Background gives me knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Transaction. Whether Residential or Commercial, I have seen it all and have a plan to address the many obstacles that get in the way of a clear closing.  

I work full time and I am available most times of day or evening.   

I am involved in Local Charities and started Surfing 365 For The Community to help assist in the Local Shelter for the Homeless.  

Aside of Making My Clients Smile, My Hobbies include Playing with my Awesome Chocolate Lab Sandy, Surfing and Golf.

I feel Blessed to have found the Space Coast 20 years ago. I moved here to be closer to my parents. They retired to the spectacular Viera area to live in Paradise.

We have terrific weather and Sunshine most days. Outdoor Activities to suit anybodys pleasures. Fresh air will keep you healthy and warm.

We Live in a place that brings out the best in people. Generosity, Kindness,  and Neighborly Treatment are so prevelent here.
